CO-FOUNDER & CEO

Keith Richman

Prior to Boosted, Keith was Co-Founder of Voi Technology, a leading European based mobility company with operations in 34 cities across 11 countries. From 2005 until October 2013, he served as the Co-Founder and CEO of Break Media, where he developed an expertise in digital marketing across multiple brands and verticals. Keith currently serves on the board of directors at VNV Global, and formerly served on the boards of GrubHub and The Meet Group.

Keith received a BA in International Relations and an MA in International Policy from Stanford University.

Charlie Chanaratsopon

Prior to Boosted, Charlie was founder and Chairman of Charming Charlie, a jewelry and accessories brand, which he built to 5,000 employees, 350 stores globally, and $500 million in revenue. Charlie was named Ernest & Young “Entrepreneur of the Year” in 2010, as well as “America’s 40 Most Successful Young Entrepreneurs” by Forbes in 2015.

Charlie holds a BA in Business Administration with a minor in Economics from Loyola Marymount University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Tenlay Naliboff

Prior to Boosted, Tenlay was the Chief Legal Officer of Harris Freeman & Co. and General Counsel of ReachLocal. Tenlay started his career as an associate at Latham & Watkins LLP.

Tenlay holds a JD from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Adam Epstein

Prior to Boosted, Adam held a variety of increasingly prominent finance and investing positions across Lion Capital, Oaktree Capital and Berenson & Company, primarily focused on the consumer sector. He is responsible for over $500M of direct debt and equity investments in addition to prior portfolio company management for businesses worth over $2B in aggregate.

Adam received a BS in Applied Mathematics –Economics from Brown University in addition to an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
